# CSV to JSON Converter

A browser-only CSV parser. Supports quoted fields, escaped quotes, commas and line breaks, and comma/tab/semicolon delimiter detection. Values remain strings.

## Run
Open `index.html` in a current browser. No install, API key, or server required.

## Limits
Blank rows are skipped. Duplicate or blank headers are normalized. Cell types are not inferred.

## Environment
Modern browser with JavaScript enabled. All parsing is local to the page.
